SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
If you place an order outside the European Union, customs fees may apply. For all orders placed in Metropolitan France or the European Union (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom), no customs fees are required. Other countries may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by owhere. If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any original postage cost, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package. If you place an order outside the European Union, customs charges may apply.
All our parcels are shipped via La Poste.
Shipping costs for all orders placed in Metropolitan France are fixed and indicated by the seller on the order form.
The seller undertakes to process the order within fourteen days from the day following validation of the order, unless otherwise indicated. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the times for processing, preparation and dispatch of the order (ex-warehouse).
They start as soon as the order is validated.
RETURN OF ITEM
In the event of an error in the preparation of an item, or in the case of an obviously defective item, shipping costs will be borne by the de owhere company.
Please note: if the customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason other than those mentioned above, shipping costs will be at the customer's expense, and the company will consider refunding the item only or exchanging it.
